The focus is more on the first part of the industrial piercing and your hair...where as it should be on the industrial piercing all together and not your hair so much. I like the black and white but it's a little over exposed on your ear, which you seem to want the focus. There is no real grabbing with this photo. It should draw the viewer in. I do like the spike of the industrial if that is what you were trying to show off. But I think this could be so much better looking or could have been done better.
